Developing the Alvern Brand

Ash Communications began working with Alvern Media in 2005. To target the media planner/buyer audience it recommended conducting a survey of Alvern to determine attitudes and understanding of the forecourt media owner.

The consultancy built on Alvern's existing brand identity with development of an iconic media pack and the production of a newsletter in the same 'petrol tank' shape. It suggested an interview with a key media planner as the lead article followed by articles addressing ROI, research and case studies. In addition, it placed the lead article with the industry's leading media title, Media Week to maximise coverage and awareness of Alvern Media as an important player in the out-of-home media sector.
