Croatiansun launches, and is swamped at shows.
Established in September 2003, Croatiansun was one of the first companies to capitalise on Croatia’s growing popularity as a second home or investment proposition and appointed Ash to head its marketing.
National, regional, trade, and consumer media, online and broadcast media were targeted in the initial PR campaign. Over 13 million opportunities 'to see' were generated in six months. A media press trip was organised for four national journalists, with opportunities for publication identified beforehand.
Planning and buying advertising was secured by Ash on Croatiansun’s behalf in market-leading consumer publications.
Ash also consulted on branding, stand design and layout for property exhibitions, produced press packs and secured media interviews.
The Earls Court Homes Overseas Exhibition yielded over 800 visitors at the Croatiansun stand.
Paul Keppler, MD, Croatiansun comments, “The aim was to position Croatiansun as the leading source of properties in Croatia for buyers and the media alike. Ash’s contribution to ensuring this happened has been invaluable. The work the team carries out is always of the highest standard, and with Croatiansun’s best interests at heart.”
Journalist comment- Andrea Watson, Daily Express property editor. “Ash Communications press trip to Croatia was excellent. With four national newspaper journalists in the group, it was never going to be easy. The PRs went out of their way to cater to every demand from this awkward bunch. They also had the sense to realise that most decent journalists hate PR puff - and they didn’t use it. They organised some great hotels and meals and let the country speak for itself.”
