Lynda Heath, managing director

I’m passionate about enabling our clients to achieve their business objectives and for our talented consultants to fulfil their huge potential.

As a massive music fan and David Bowie obsessive, I relish the opportunity to experience live music in its many varied forms.

A property developer in my spare time, I’m nuts about interior staging and product sourcing, and am always on the look-out for the next opportunity and upcoming trends.


Phil Hansen, senior consultant

I have a passion for working with brands that do things differently, helping them to communicate what makes them special and stand out from the crowd.


My speciality is technology brands, particularly home entertainment and anything music related, which is perfect as I am a music nut and spend my spare time going to as many live concerts as possible and listening to my vast collection of vinyl. I have also occasionally been known to get up on stage and beat the drums.



Olivia Sandu, senior consultant

I wanted to pursue the opportunities the UK PR industry offers so landed in London several years ago, where I’m always striving to contribute to my clients' and team’s development.


I’m always keen to learn and expand my life experiences and I enjoy conversations about purpose, sustainability and innovation. Words like vinyl, retro, jazz, ceramics and culture also make me buzz with enthusiasm. When I’m not focusing on them I can be found travelling and taking pictures of unusual doors, vintage cars and striking architecture. 


James Walerych, senior consultant

When you work in PR, you know that each day will be different as new and exciting projects are always crossing your desk. This job has allowed me to expand my technological horizons and visit countries that would never have been on my radar.


As a marathon runner I spend a lot of time pre- and post-work pounding the streets of London, which is very peaceful especially in the morning. This tranquillity allows me to get my creative juices flowing and work through concepts and trends to see how they will work and what they could potentially mean for our clients.
